Board of Directors

John Greig , , MSc, PGeo , , Chairman

Mr. Greig has played a key role in a number of successful exploration/development projects since 1969, both in Canada and internationally, and is experienced in the management and financing of public companies. Mr. Greig currently serves as a Director of Blackstone Ventures, a TSX-V listed company and Magna Resources, a Canadian National Stock Exchange listed company. Mr. Greig was a founder and director of Sutton Resources, Cumberland Resources and EuroZinc Mining. Mr. Greig served from 1990 to 2005 as a director of Dynamic Oil & Gas, and from 2005 to 2006 as a director of Shellbridge Oil & Gas. Mr. Greig holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Geology from McGill University, Montreal, and a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Alberta, Edmonton. He has a Professional Geoscientist designation with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, and is a life member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta.

John Proust , , CDir , , Director

Mr. Proust is the founder and principal shareholder of numerous public and private companies and has taken a key role and participated in a number of debt and equity financings for these companies. Mr. Proust has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and corporate governance. He has served on numerous boards and in several senior operating positions for both private and public companies. Mr. Proust is currently Chairman and a director of Canada Energy Partners; Chairman, CEO and a director of Southern Arc Minerals; Chairman and Interim CEO of Eagle Hill Exploration; a director of Outrider Energy; and a director of American Potash. Mr. Proust holds the designation of Chartered Director (CDir) from McMaster University, Directors College, Michael G. DeGroote School of Business.

David Robinson , , , Director

Mr. Robinson was CEO of the Petroleum Exploration and Production Association of New Zealand (“PEPANZ”) from December 2012 to May 2014. As CEO of PEPANZ, Mr. Robinson made a significant contribution to New Zealand’s oil and gas industry, managing key stakeholder relationships, representing the interests of oil and gas producers, explorers and service companies, and contributing to the development of government policies and legislation. Prior to joining PEPANZ, Mr. Robinson was Commercial General Manager for Z Energy, was a Director of Shell New Zealand, and held a number of senior downstream commercial positions with Shell both within New Zealand and overseas.

Hamish Campbell , , BSc (Geology), MAusIMM , , Director

Mr. Campbell is a qualified geologist with over 26 years of international experience in the mineral industry, including 24 years in Indonesia where he has held exploration positions ranging from field geologist to exploration manager. He has established and maintained both local and foreign-owned mining service companies, designed and implemented exploration programs, and evaluated and assessed joint-venture and acquisition opportunities. Mr. Campbell is a director of a number of New Zealand limited liability mineral and petroleum companies, along with being the principal of an Indonesian mining service company, and was an executive and then director of Southern Arc Minerals from 2005 to 2012. Mr. Campbell is a graduate of the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, where he completed a Bachelor of Science degree. He subsequently received a MAusIMM designation from the Australasian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy and is a member of the Indonesian Mining Association and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.
